With my website here, I am offering simple nutrition advice and coaching.

A nutrition coach is someone who provides guidance and support to clients looking to make dietary changes. They use their understanding of nutrition science and behavior-change psychology to help people achieve health and fitness goals.

Nutrition coaches guide dietary habits to improve health, body composition, or athletic performance.

What exactly do I offer as your nutrition coach?

When you work with me as your nutrition coach, my primary role is to offer nutrition education, advice, and accountability. As you work toward improving your health.

Because most states have strict requirements for nutrition services, there’s a limit on the services that I can offer. For example, a nutrition coach can’t diagnose health conditions, prescribe interventions, or treat medical conditions.

But a nutrition coach can play a supportive role in someone’s health journey by:

  • helping clients identify health and nutrition goals

  • sharing strategies clients can follow to meet their goals

  • educating clients on health and nutrition concepts

  • offering clients support and accountability on their journey

A nutrition coach can also offer general nutrition education and advice to larger populations of people. So, in addition to one-on-one coaching support, you might also find me holding nutrition workshops and classes.
